Revitalising Brand Presence for Outside The Locker Room.

Outside The Locker Room (OTLR), a not-for-profit Mental Health organisation led by former AFL player Jake Edwards, faced the challenge of outdated branding and the need for a stronger visual identity. Despite its impactful mission, the organization struggled to effectively communicate its message and engage with its target audience.

Approach

A Comprehensive Brand Transformation

Our team collaborated with OTLR to undertake a holistic brand rejuvenation. This included refreshing their visual language, designing identity elements for subprograms and events, creating program guides, digital assets, and facilitating partner collaborations with prestigious entities like The Brisbane Lions and Epic Good Foundation. Our approach extended beyond graphic design, involving art direction for photography and the development of a robust social media strategy and guide.

Outcome

Empowering Communities through the "STIGMA STOPS HERE TOUR"

The culmination of our collaboration was the “STIGMA STOPS HERE TOUR,” featuring Jake Edwards and Hawthorn Hawks legend Robert “Dipper” DiPierdomenico. This initiative proved to be a resounding success, delivering crucial mental health education to schools, businesses, and sporting clubs across Western Australia. The revamped brand identity, strategic digital presence, and collaborations enhanced OTLR’s ability to reach and impact communities, breaking down the stigma associated with mental health one conversation at a time. The tour not only showcased the effectiveness of the new brand elements but also demonstrated the organization’s commitment to making a positive difference in mental health awareness and support.
