Requirement
InLife is dedicated to changing the conversation and model of disability support for all Australians; Storyfolk was engaged to help facilitate this change.
InLife, a prominent Australian disability support provider with a strong commitment to not-for-profit work, approached our team for a creative solution. Our task was to craft a dynamic visual language system that vividly expressed their dedication to assisting clients and highlighting the beauty inherent in everyday moments. As part of this project, we were entrusted with the creation of a comprehensive suite of design assets, which encompassed not only illustrations but also templates, printed materials, and digital collateral. These assets would be strategically utilized across various touchpoints to mark the launch of a new branch and establish a distinct brand identity within the disability support sector.
Response
We created a suite of brand assets that built upon InLife's existing brand, colour, and styling.
We worked closely with the team at InLife to create 100+ bespoke illustrations, learning and development creative, brand collateral, animations, infographics, iconography, templates and all creative artwork for the official rebranding launch event held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Additionally, we created an Art Direction guide to be used for all photographic and videography storytelling moving forward, which has seen the development of a cohesive library of visual assets that the not-for-profit can use for many years to come.
With over 300+ bespoke assets created; InLife now have an extensive, dynamic and joyful asset library that give their internal team the flexibility and confidence to communicate the not-for-profits brand across all touchpoints.
Storytelling through print.
We know that the most meaningful brands have a story to tell and we’re proud to have worked with InLife to create a suite of printed and digital communication for their 2022 launch event. This was free from stereotypical depictions of disability and brought partners, clients, families and supporters together for a celebration.
Result
Our laser focus on using inclusive design to drive connection and conversations ensured that the visual language and illustration design captured the essence of InLife.
The new not-for-profits brand assets and collateral empowered the InLife team to communicate the brand’s message effectively and consistently both internally and externally. As a result, InLife’s visual language update was a success, helping them to better connect with clients, grow their team and ensure a united vision for the future.
What our clients have to say:
Melanie Gardiner
Inlife — Head of Marketing
& Community Building
“InLife’s rebrand was a complex project two years in the making. It was essential that the brand rollout phase reflected the vision we’d co-designed with our clients, staff and community.
Storyfolk came highly recommended. From the start Sarah and Cass (and the team) showed a true passion to create something we’d love, with a commitment to understanding the nuances of representation in our sector. Our team were buzzing with excitement as soon as the first collateral started to arrive.”
